**1st time clients, START HERE!** Color consultations include a 15 min test strand to make sure hair health won't be compromised during coloring services & to help set expectations of what we can & can't do. Accurate price quotes of your color appointment will be given to you after we do your test strand! FIRST TIME CLIENTS: DO NOT book a color appointment if you haven't been in the salon for a consultation. Your appointment will be at risk of cancellation, and you will be directed to book accordingly. Consultations are **FREE!** **The $10 charge covers our cancellation policy.**
